Meet the Founder
Born in Copenhagen and raised across cultures, Patricia Altisent is a Swiss entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and music industry executive with more than 20 years of experience across entertainment, luxury events, artist development, music technology, and international business.
Throughout her career, Patricia has built a reputation for connecting people, brands, artists, and ideas through meaningful experiences that combine creativity, strategy, and flawless execution. Fluent in six languages and having lived and worked across Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Denmark, and the United Kingdom, she brings a truly international perspective to every project she undertakes.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2001 when she co-founded one of Switzerland's leading event and promotion agencies. Over the following decade, she built a network of more than 1,200 freelancers and delivered campaigns, product launches, experiential activations, and corporate events for some of the world's most respected brands, including Audemars Piguet, Bulgari, Ferrari, L'Oréal, Procter & Gamble, Swiss Films, Pernod Ricard, Family Business Network, Philip Morris, and many others.
Over the years, Patricia has produced everything from intimate executive gatherings and luxury experiences to large-scale festivals and public events attracting tens of thousands of attendees. Her expertise extends far beyond event production, encompassing strategic consulting, business operations, talent development, brand partnerships, international business development, and organisational growth.
Music has always been at the centre of her professional journey. She has founded and managed artist agencies, represented internationally touring artists, negotiated partnerships, curated festivals, relaunched record labels, and advised both emerging and established talent on career development, branding, positioning, and long-term strategy. Today, she continues to work across artist management, bookings, publishing, distribution, label services, catalogue development, and entertainment consulting.
Recognised for her broad industry expertise, Patricia is frequently invited to participate in panels and industry discussions at leading music conferences and cultural events. She has shared her insights on artist development, talent management, entrepreneurship, and the future of the music business at international gatherings including the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), Bright Festival, and other professional forums across Europe.
Alongside her work in entertainment, Patricia has developed significant experience within the music technology and fintech sectors, helping innovative companies bridge the gap between technology, creativity, operations, and commercial growth.
Passionate about both business performance and personal development, Patricia has also pursued further studies in wellbeing, positive psychology, mental health, and brand management through programmes from Yale University, the University of Sydney, and the University of London. These disciplines continue to influence her leadership style and her belief that sustainable success is built on both professional excellence and human wellbeing.
Today, through PattyGi, Patricia advises a select group of artists, brands, family businesses, festivals, hospitality groups, and corporate clients. Whether supporting an artist's comeback, developing a brand strategy, producing a unique event, or helping organisations create memorable experiences, her approach remains the same.
Patricia believes that the most successful projects happen when creativity, strategy, operational excellence, and human connection come together seamlessly.
